MY PRODUCT IS NOT DISPLAYING?

Check Your Folders
Make sure you've pasted the correct folder into the XP11 Custom Scenery folder - as easy as it is to overlook this step, it's often the cause of incorrectly displaying scenery.

The correct folder will always begin with 'aaa_Boundless'. For example, the correct folder within the Stansted Airport download is 'aaa_Boundless_EGSS_Airport'.

Installation instructions can always be found in your product documentation which is included with your download.

 

Check the Scenery Packs.ini File
Not as complicated as it sounds! Within your Custom Scenery folder, there is a file named 'scenery_packs.ini'.

Open this with any text editor (e.g. Notepad) and ensure your Boundless Scenery is located at the top.

MY PRODUCT LOADS AN ERROR MESSAGE

This is most likely caused by an incorrectly installed Library.
Some of our 
products require the Boundless Library to be installed. 

If the product requires the library, it will be stated in the 'REQUIREMENTS' section of the product description on the store.

 

Always make sure you have the most recent version of the Library installed. If issues persist, contact us and we will look into it for you. 
 

I'VE FOUND A PRODUCT BUG

Of course we always try and remove all bugs before release, but sometimes you may spot something that doesn't look quite right. 

If you see an issue and wish to report it to us, please use our Bug Report service
